Below are the services we offer along with pricing. We are not like any other computer repair places, we do not charge by the hour for diagnostics & troubleshooting we have a flat fee. Our prices are competitive with other local computer repair shops. If you find a service cheaper some where else let us know and we will honor their prices. Many of the services below may take a few hours to complete so we strongly suggest taking advantage of our FREE pick-up & delivery service if you are within 10 miles of Doylestown, PA 18901. Prices are subject to change. We offer a money back gaurantee if we can not repair your computer.

Hard Drive Installation Include installing a new primary drive or adding more hard drives to your system. If replacing your existing primary hard drive with a new one then you will need to have all original operating system cd's or restore cd's that came with your system. Replacing primary hard drives can only be done in our office since this may take a few hours. Adding more drives can be done in office or at your location. You can supply the drive or you can purchase one from us to have installed. Please back up your important data or we can for an additional charge. |

Operating System Installation Includes re-installing your operating system or upgrading your system to a new operating system. Since this service can take a few hours to complete we would need to bring your computer back to our office. We will install any drivers that may be required for your hardware to work with the new operating system. You may supply us with a legal copy of the operating system or you may purchase it from us. Please back up all your important data before bringing it to us. |

Hardware Installation (Video, Sound, CD Drives,etc.) Includes installing an upgraded video card, sound card, or CD/DVD Drives. We will install the hardware and any software that came along with it to make it work properly. You may supply the hardware or purchase it through us. Software Installation (Price per each software title) Includes the installation of a software that you have purchased including any suites such as Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, and more. You can supply the leagal copies of the software or purchase them form us. We will not install back-up copies of software. You must have valid packaging. Memory Installation Includes installing new memory or adding more memory to your existing memory. Adding memory will help to increase the speed of your system. There are many different types of memory so we suggest either calling us before you purchase any or allow us to purchase it for you. |

Create Restore CD or DVD A lot more systems are not coming with restore cd's in case something should happen. The restore files are stored on the hard drive. We will create a cd of the files on the hard drive so that you have a copy should something happen to the hard drive. We may also be able to order you factory replacement CD's to restore your system back to the way it was when you bought it. |

Diagnostics & Troubleshooting Includes running a scan of your computer and opening the case to try and correct the problem you are having with your computer. This service also covers problems connecting to the internet or software running issues. We charge a flat fee not by the hour like other computer repair places. |

Data Back-Up (Up to 9.4GB or 2 DVD) We will back up your important information on to a DVD so that you will have protection if something should happen to your hard drive. The price is for each 9.4GB of data or 2 DVD's. This process takes a few hours so we will need to take your computer to our office. |
